Bobbie Jean Reavis, 58, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at UK Hospital. She was born November 2, 1962 at Harlan Hospital to the late Laura Hubbard and Ronnie Williams.
Bobbie Jean was a life long native of Harlan County. She retired from the Harlan Independent School System.
Bobbie was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and true friend. She will be so deeply and forever missed. She would light up a room when she walked in and always made everyone laugh.
She is preceded in death by her Grandparents, Rev. Reed and Nancy Murphy and Dovie and Robert Williams; Aunts, Frances Holden and Brenda Murphy; Sister, Diane Faulks; Ex Husband, Tony Caldwell.
She leaves behind a family who loved her so much. Her Daughters, Amy Lane and Husband Matthew of Loyall and Hope Simpson and Husband Ralph of Cawood; Fur Baby, Harley; Grandchildren, Austin (Boog) Sargent, Maci ( Little Angel) Lane and Courtney Simpson; Ex Husband, Roger Reavis and Wife Sandy of Coalgood; Special Aunt and Uncle, Linda and Andy Hatfield; Mike Williams and Wife Judy, Charles Holden, Jr. (Pencil) Murphy, Johnny Murphy SR. and many other Aunts and Uncles; Special Cousins, Sandi Collins and Husband Doug of Harlan, Jerry Brock and Jill of Fairborn, OH, Jennifer Johnson and Husband Tim and Son Joey of Morristown, TN, Rachel Howard and Husband Victor of Molus, Abby Coffey and Husband Daniel of Las Vegas, NV and Suzanne Kennedy and Husband Cale of North Carolina, along with many other special cousins; Special Friends, Stacy Collins, Darlene Davis, Drena Thomas, Teresa Johnson, Ella Leath, Dana Sturgill, Jesse and Joy Johnson and Sherry Turner; A host of other Bingo Family and Friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 8, 2021 from 12PM to 1PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1PM with Kenny Clem officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
Pallbearers will include Austin Sargent, Matthew Lane, Ralph Simpson, Jerry Brock Jr., Joey Johnson, Tim Johnson and Chris Billings.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent or given to Daughters, Amy and Hope.
Due to the mandate set forth by the governor of Kentucky, attendees must wear a mask at all times, practice social distancing and only 50% of our capacity is allowed.
