Betty Helton

Betty Helton, 79 of Wallins, passed away on January 3, 2024 at Harlan ARH Hospital. She was born to the late Brady and Estelle Johnson Farley on June 19, 1944. She was a Teacher for 35 years at Evarts High School. She loved spending time with her family and friends and travelling.

Ms. Helton is preceded in death by her Parents; Brother, Bill Farley and Sister, Sue Helton.

Betty is survived by her Loving Daughters, Jennifer Boggs and Husband Hobert and Vicky White and Husband Darian; Grandchildren, Justin Peck, Amber Peck McLain, Logan Shackleford, Kaleb Boggs and Donovan White; Great Grandchildren, Emma Peck, Jayden Peck, Adalynn Shackleford, Ryder Shackleford, Harper Boggs, Evan McLain and Lylah McLain; Special Nephew, Michael Helton who she loved like a son.

Visitation will begin at 5PM on Saturday, January 6, 2024 until 7PM. A Graveside service will begin at 2PM on Sunday January 7, 2024 at the Helton–Farley Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
