Steven Sexton

Steven Sexton, age 35, of Artemus, passed away Sunday October 7, 2018 at Specialty Select Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born March 13, 1983 to Robin Clem Sexton and Terry Sexton.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother Oma Irvin and uncles Tommy Clem Jr. and Roger Dale Clem, Great Grandma Daisy Lawson, Violet and Theodore Sexton, Richard Sexton, and Denise Sexton.
Steven leaves to cherish his memory his mother; Robin Sexton and Johnny Batten, his father Terry Sexton and wife Darla, children: Dylan Greene, Ethan Saffari, Kandice Scruggins, Kyla Hanson, siblings: Chris Sexton and wife Whitney, Timmy Sexton and John Wiggins, Tiffany Brock, Aunts and Uncles: Bill Swanson, Gene Swanson, Jerry Irvin, Timothy Clem, Rocky Clem, Matthew Clem, Marty Clem, Joyce Osborne, special nieces and nephew: Kyle Sexton, McKenzie Osborne, Allie Osborne, Christian Metcalfe, Autumn Metcalfe, Paige Sexton, Gunnar, Chloe, Kayedin, Wanda Smith, Margie Strunk, a host of step-children: Samantha (Scotty), Julie, Cristan as well as grandchildren, Ashton and McKenna.
Visitation will be in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on Wednesday October 10, 2018 from 5-8 PM. Funeral Service will be Thursday October 11, 2018 at 3PM the Cawood Church of God-Mountain Assembly with Reverend Franklin Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in the Fields Cemetery in Cawood. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
